If you or someone you care about is going through a crisis, here are some paths to consider before calling 911. Please scroll below for additional crisis support in that event.

  • Call (602) 347-1100, they are available daily from 11:00 AM to 10:30 PM. It's staffed by peer support specialists with their own lived experience of mental health recovery. Open to anyone 18+, callers can connect up to three times per day for up to 20 minutes per call.

  • Operated through Hope Inc. for residents of Cochise, Graham, Greenlee, La Paz, Pima, Pinal, Santa Cruz, and Yuma Counties:

  • Call or text 1-800-604-5841. Also available as a mobile app. A space for peer support, counseling, and reporting of harm — built to witness and honor the experiences of those most affected by systemic oppression.

  • (English, Español) US: 1-877-565-8860 Canada: 1-877-330-6366 (See website for current hours.) Peer support for trans folks, run by and for the trans community. Additional regional resources are listed on their site.

  • Call: 1-888-407-4515 (See website for current hours.) Staffed by peer supporters who bring their own personal experience with psychiatric labels, trauma, substance use, and other life-disrupting struggles.

  • Psychedelic Peer Support Call or text: 1-623-473-7433 (See website for current hours.) Companionship and support during or after a psychedelic experience. Free to use. Conversations stay confidential.

  • Call or text 24/7: 1-844-762-8483 — or use online chat. A confidential, anonymous helpline offering culturally rooted support and advocacy for Native American and Alaska Native survivors of domestic and sexual violence.
